The workshops and classes will help individuals learn basic computer skills.
Nutritional classes will help teach individuals/parents how to prepare healthier meals. Call for dates of the coming classes.
We provide throughout the year various workshops and classes to help individuals and families of low income status to learn more about preparing healthier meals with a low budget. Nutritional classes are conducted by Yes to Fruits and Vegetables and Cook Shop from City Harvest . Health seminars are also conducted by Health Plus and other agencies to help inform our clients how to obtain free or low cost health insurance.
