Volunteer Community Outreach Coordinator

About RCS

Reaching Out Community Services Inc. is a nonprofit, volunteer organization dedicated to the distribution of food and other basic items to needy families and individuals in the Brooklyn area since 1992.  We provide much needed social services to families in our communities who have no where else to turn.  In addition to being a client-choice food pantry, we help people with free blood pressure screenings, free tax preparation, workshops and classes to improve existing skills or learn new ones, summer tutoring for children and help in understanding the many social programs available to them.

We are dedicated to fighting poverty and hunger in any way we can.  Our organization is primarily comprised of dedicated volunteers who selflessly give their time and resources to keep our programs alive.
